2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They allow the site to work properly, remember your preferences and obtain information about how it is used. There are also similar technologies, such as pixels or local storage, to which we apply this same policy.
Cookies can be first-party, when this site installs them, or third-party, when an external provider installs them. They can also be session cookies, which are deleted when you close the browser, or persistent cookies, which remain for a set period.
3. Cookies we use
We classify the cookies on this site into three categories:
- Necessary: they are essential for the site to work, for example to maintain security, protect forms against automated submissions and remember your cookie preferences. They do not require consent and cannot be disabled from the panel.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to learn, in aggregate, how many people visit the site, which pages they view and how they arrive. This information helps us improve the content. They are only activated if you accept them.
- Marketing: we use Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns on Meta platforms and show relevant ads to people who visited the site. They are only activated if you accept them.
4. Consent and settings panel
When you visit the site for the first time, we show you a notice to accept, reject or configure optional cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies are not loaded until you give your consent.
You can change your decision at any time from the cookie settings panel available on the site, enabling or disabling each category. Your choice is saved in your browser through a necessary cookie.
If you reject optional cookies, you can continue browsing and using the site’s forms normally. We will simply stop collecting usage statistics and measuring campaigns from your visit.
5. Managing cookies from your browser
In addition to the site panel, you can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Each browser offers different options, so we recommend checking its help section. Note that blocking all cookies may affect the operation of some parts of the site.
You can also use your browser’s private browsing mode, which deletes cookies when you close the window.
6. Third-party cookies
Google and Meta process the information obtained through their cookies according to their own privacy policies, which we recommend reviewing. These providers may process data outside Peru. The processing of the associated personal data is also governed by our Privacy Policy and by Peru’s Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if we add new tools or if regulations change. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date. If the changes are significant, we will ask for your consent again.
